Yes! I have seen hyper active kids. The problem start when they can not pay attention or sitting still in their seats.
That why they will not be able to listen and follow the instructions given by their mentors. It would result in poor marks in the class. And it may lead to low profile job as they tend to loose high profile jobs due to their problems in concentrating and paying attention to particular thing.

Probably down to family problems or a stressful memory that they never faced appropriately
